Equipment: The big stuff is typically shipped directly from the maker. This saves me paying freight both here and then back out to you, so I can afford to cover most or all of the shipping cost (yay for you!). I charge a flat $10 for drum carders and offer free shipping for all new spinning wheels.
Equipment normally ships within a week. If there's a holdup, I'll let you know as soon as I learn of it, and you can decide if you want to wait or cancel the order & get a refund. This is seldom an issue; but there are occasional delays with imported equipment (Louet & Ashford) or when the smaller companies go on vacation or to fiber festivals.
